Moto-X Team Report 03-30-04

This weekend was an off weekend for Supercross.

Chad Reed
is back in California for the rest of the Supercross season. He will spend the first couple of weeks in May to finish testing outdoors.

Tim Ferry
is staying in shape, although he can't ride for another month or so. He is trying to get his hand in better shape for the the outdoor season, which begins in early May.

Brian Deegan
is on his way back from Australia, where he signed tons of autographs while on the Crusty tour. He'll be back on his bike in about a month or two.

Jeremy Stenberg
was supposed to go to Guatemala for a show, but stayed home at the last minute. The promoter wanted Twitch to do back flips, but did not have the proper ramp on site for the show.

This week, Trigger
will be building a new landing to go after Ryan Cape's overall world record jump.

Clifford Adoptante
is riding and trying to get back in the swing of doing tricks after a long rest due to a broken femur he suffered in Europe last year.


Moto-X Team Report 03-22-04

Chad Reed finished third at the Indy Supercross this weekend. He got caught up in a first turn crash and hit the ground. Reed holds the points lead over Windham by 30.

Grant Langston finished eighth over the weekend and is third in points for the World Title. Tim Ferry is recovering from his injuries and surgery and will be out until the Nationals start in May.

Brian Deegan, Dayne Kinnaird, Seth Enslow and Mike Jones are in Australia for the Crusty Tour and will be heading home later this week.

Twitch came home early from the Crusty Tour to go to Guatemala for a demo on March 27.


Moto Team Report 3-15-04

Brian Deegan
is going to New Zealand this week to hang out with Mike Johnes, Twitch, Kinnaird and Seth on the Crusty tour. All of these riders are flying etnies. Brian just got the pins and rods taken out of his wrist, which should heal-up pretty good. The femur injury will take another month-and-a-half to two months to heal properly.

Trigger
is setting-up another world record jump for the overall record of 260 ft. Keep checking the site to see how that goes.

Chad Reed
won the St. Louis, Missouri Supercross this weekend. He's won the last three races in a row and gaining on points for the Championship.

Mike Alessi
destroyed the competition at the Lake Whitney Spring Nationals. He posted four overall national championships this weekend. Mike had the fastest lap times of any of the 3000 riders.

Grant Langston

had another hard weekend due to a crash in which Travis Pastrana took him down in the third turn of the first lap. Grant got up, started out in 19th, and finished the race in 11th.

Team Report 03-01-04

Saturday was the opening round of the CMA Pacific Coast Championships held at Hanford Raceway. Everything went PERFECT for the Alessi brothers, who posted a one / two showing in every class.

Chad Reed won the Atlanta Supercross on Saturday night. He now has a 26 point lead over Kevin Windham after
getting his sixth win out of the nine races so far in the season.

Grant Langston had an altercation on the track with another rider and was suspended from the race, and possibly from Daytona this coming weekend.

Tim Ferry will be sitting out the rest of the Supercross season after injuring his thumb. He tried to ride two weeks ago and re-injured it.


Brian Deegan
should be back on his bike in about two or three months after his crash at the Winter X Games, where he broke his femur and both wrists.

Jeremy Stenberg has been filming with Fleshwound Films for the last week.

Twitch will be going on the Crusty tour along with Seth Enslow and Deegan.
